What is required to make a reservation?

We require a $100-$200 deposit. The depsoit is applied to your balance. Choose your package, fill out our form and pay the deposit to secure your date :) We offer a seven-day refund period. Should you decide that you will not use the photo booth, just let us know within seven days of securing your date and we’ll refund your deposit. But always reach out to us as we a people and we understand things happen.

How early will you arrive to set up?

We will arrive One hour before the start of your booking. If you book our wedding package you get an excluisve perk. We also do offer ideal time as an add on :)

What requirements are needed for the photo booth set-up?

• Our booth space requires a minimum 10' x 10' area, a minimum height of 7'11" for the backdrop.
• A power outlet should be within 40 feet, and the ground must be level.
• We will also appricate a venue provided 4ft, 6ft or two high top table for props and a place for guest to leave their drinks.
• Wifi connection is highly preferred to give you the best experience, however can work without. Without secure wifi, guest will get their photos once we get secure wifi

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

YES! We love outdoor events! We need to be 30ft of a 3 prong outlet! Please read below to understand the terms of having a photo booth outdoors. We highly recomend a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. Unfortunately FotoGenic will not provide a backdrop as it's a huge hazard. You will still choose a backdrop that we will bring but understand that we have the right to decline the usage of the backdrop due to weather and setting. Please call us and we can go over the next best options for your event.

What kind of props are provided?

We have a bunch of themed props along with other general fun props. Things like glasses, hand held props and hats. Please be sure to let us know what type of event you are having so we can bring the correct props!

What size are the prints outs?

2x6 is included in our Lights, Camera & Print package. However, you do have the option of upgrading to 4x6 print outs.

Where can guests access the photos and how will I receive the photos after the event?

Your guest will get a text message of their photos along with the direct link to your personal online gallery. You as the host will recicve the live online gallery link and a zip file of all High- Quility images!

Can I include our custom logo or monogram on the photo strip

Yes, We’ll brand and layout your photo strips any way you like. Photo strips are fully customizable to your liking. Just share your logo with us or check out our lovely designs by click here.

Where does FotoGenic travel?

We are based in Minneapolis but we travel within the metro area but we've gone as far as Cambridge MN and even Northfield, MN! There is a travel fee for events outside of the metro area. We listed a few of the locations we've traveled to for events.Check out our list!

Are attendants included in the price? How long are they there for?

Yes,the photo booth attendants are included in the price. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable getting and taking FotoGenic photos. So yes, you can totally unwind and enjoy the party knowing that the booth will be fully staffed the entire time!

How long does it take to set up the photo booth?

Typlically One hour with the correct guidance, andthat all of the venue the requirements are met :)

What is an Open Air Photo booth?

The Open Air Photo Booth is a modern style booth with no walls or boundaries to limit the amount of people you can squeeze into a picture. Great option for individuals who are in wheelchair or wish for accessible accessibility.

What is an inflatable LED booth?

Our LED Inflatable Photo Booth is one of our most popular booths for a reason. This truly unique photo booth experience glows in a color that you can choose prior to your event, to make sure that the vibes are immaculate, and the atmosphere is inviting. This booth is our largest option, and can accommodate up to 16 people at a time. Also Great option for individuals who are in wheelchair or wish for accessible accessibility.

Our Photo Booth Photo Albums are always a popular choice and hands down what my guest love the most about us! They’re professionally made and colect all of the incredible pictures and memories you and your guests have taken at your event, with a space designed for notes.
